Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sach Ki Ganga e-Paper एक digital e-paper subscription service है। Subscription लेने के बाद user को digital newspaper access दिया जाता है।

Subscription Fee

Monthly subscription charge ₹49 है। Payment successful होने के बाद subscription period activate हो जाता है।

Refund Policy

Digital content access मिलने के बाद generally refund नहीं दिया जाएगा। However, duplicate payment या technical error के case में verification के बाद refund consider किया जा सकता है।

Duplicate Payment

अगर user से गलती से double payment हो जाती है, तो user payment proof के साथ support पर contact कर सकता है। Verification के बाद extra amount refund/adjust किया जा सकता है।

Cancellation

User अपना subscription cancel कर सकता है। Cancellation के बाद next billing cycle से auto payment बंद हो सकता है। Current active period के लिए access available रहेगा।

Refund Timeline

Approved refund usually 5–7 working days में original payment method में process हो सकता है, payment gateway/bank timeline के अनुसार।
